Privacy Policy
Omega Insurance Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 16, 2026
Omega Insurance (“Omega Insurance,” “Omega,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, submit an online or social-media lead form, request information or an insurance quote, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.
By using our website or submitting information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not itself create consent to receive marketing calls or text messages. Any such consent will be requested separately where required.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information, such as your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and preferred contact time.
- Identification and demographic information, such as your date of birth, age, gender, state of residence, and ZIP code.
- Insurance and financial-needs information, such as the type and amount of coverage requested, current coverage, beneficiary or family-protection goals, mortgage information, retirement-planning interests, and other information relevant to evaluating insurance options.
- Health and underwriting information, such as medical conditions, prescription medications, tobacco use, height, weight, and other information required by an insurance carrier to determine eligibility or pricing. We generally collect detailed underwriting information during a direct consultation or carrier application rather than through an initial advertising form.
- Communication information, including the contents of emails, text messages, telephone calls, form submissions, appointment requests, and notes created while assisting you.
- Technical and website information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring source, approximate location, cookies, and similar information collected through website hosting, analytics, advertising, or security technologies.
- Information from third-party platforms, including information you choose to submit through Facebook, Instagram, Meta lead forms, advertising platforms, scheduling tools, insurance carriers, or other services.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, banking information, payment-card information, or detailed medical records through an unsecured website form, email, or text message unless we specifically direct you to an appropriate secure process.
- How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- Respond to your request for insurance information, a quote, a policy review, or an appointment.
- Contact you and provide customer service.
- Determine which insurance products or carriers may be appropriate for your stated needs.
- Prepare, submit, and service insurance applications when you ask us to do so.
- Communicate with insurance carriers, underwriting personnel, licensed agents, and service providers involved in obtaining or servicing coverage.
- Maintain lead, client, policy, appointment, and communication records.
- Improve our website, advertising, services, training, operations, and customer experience.
- Measure advertising performance and understand how people find and use our services.
- Prevent fraud, protect our systems, enforce our rights, and comply with legal, regulatory, carrier, and recordkeeping requirements.
- Calls, Text Messages, and Emails
If you provide your telephone number or email address and give the required consent, Omega Insurance and its licensed agents may contact you about insurance products or services by telephone call, text message, or email. Calls or text messages may be made using automated technology when permitted by law and by the consent you provided.
Consent to receive marketing calls or text messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or another clear request to stop. You may also ask us not to call, text, or email you by contacting us using the information at the end of this policy. We will honor reasonable opt-out requests as required by applicable law. You may receive a non-promotional confirmation that your opt-out request was processed.
To unsubscribe from marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link when one is provided or email us at Keith@omegainsurancegrp.com. Even after a marketing opt-out, we may send communications that are necessary to respond to a request you initiated, service an existing policy, complete a transaction, or comply with law.
- How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary:
- Licensed Omega Insurance agents and authorized personnel who assist with your request.
- Insurance carriers, underwriting organizations, and insurance-service providers for quoting, eligibility review, application processing, policy issuance, and policy service.
- Operational service providers, such as website hosting, lead-management, customer-relationship management, email, text messaging, scheduling, analytics, advertising, data storage, security, and technical-support providers.
- Professional advisers and authorities, such as attorneys, accountants, regulators, law-enforcement agencies, courts, or other parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of our services.
- Successors in a business transaction, if Omega Insurance is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Omega Insurance does not sell personal information for money. We do not share your mobile telephone number or your consent to receive text messages with unaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing. We may share information with the licensed agent, insurance carrier, and service providers needed to respond to your request, obtain coverage, or support communications you authorized.
- Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our website and advertising partners may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, measure traffic, prevent fraud, understand advertising performance, and show relevant advertisements.
Third-party services may collect information under their own privacy policies. Your browser or device may allow you to block or delete cookies, limit advertising identifiers, or adjust tracking preferences. Disabling certain technologies may affect website functionality.
- Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide and service insurance-related assistance, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, carrier, and contractual requirements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.
- Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No website, email system, text-message service, or electronic transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
- Your Choices and Privacy Requests
Subject to applicable law and appropriate identity verification, you may request that we:
- Provide information about the personal information we maintain about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete certain personal information.
- Stop or limit particular marketing communications.
Some information may be retained when necessary to service a policy, complete a requested transaction, comply with law or regulatory obligations, establish or defend legal claims, prevent fraud, or maintain required business records.
To submit a privacy request, email Keith@omegainsurancegrp.com or call 229-881-2251. Please include enough information for us to understand and verify the request. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request protected by applicable law.
- Third-Party Websites and Platforms
Our website, advertisements, emails, or messages may link to insurance carriers, social-media platforms, quote tools, or other third-party services. We do not control the privacy or security practices of those third parties. Review their privacy policies before providing information directly to them.
Information submitted through a Meta or other social-media lead form may be processed by both the platform and Omega Insurance under each party’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
- Children’s Privacy
Our website and lead-generation services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our lead forms. A parent or legal guardian seeking insurance information concerning a minor should contact us directly.
- Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make changes, we will post the revised policy and update the effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law.
